Personal Training: What to Expect
As you prepare for your first training session, please review FAQs below.

What should I bring?
- Completed athlete forms
- Personal water bottle and own towel if desired (We do have a drinking fountain and provide fresh towels for your convenience)
What should I wear?
Dress in athletic/workout clothing and expect to sweat.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are coming from school or work, please allow yourself enough time to change into your workout clothes. We do have showers available for your use after your workout if you wish.
How long will my session last?
Typically, the Sports Performance Training sessions run about 45 minutes. The Personal Training sessions will last about an hour.
